Finished Basement with Custom Built-Ins
An unfinished lower level turned into a full family living space with bespoke joinery and layered lighting.
Removing an underused tub freed up enough floor area to fit a genuinely usable walk-in shower without extending the room.
New waterproofing went in behind full-height tiling, with the tile layout set out so that cuts fall where they are least visible. Ventilation and lighting were upgraded at the same time, as both were well short of what the room needed.
