Finished Basement with Custom Built-Ins
An unfinished lower level turned into a full family living space with bespoke joinery and layered lighting.
This was a project where coordination mattered more than any single trade. Walls came down, the layout changed, and structural, electrical, plumbing and finishing work all had to be sequenced so the site kept moving.
We planned the order of works, pulled the permits and booked the trades, which meant the household had one point of contact and one schedule instead of juggling separate contractors.
Opening the plan transformed how light travels through the level, and the finishes were kept consistent across every room so the house reads as a whole.
