Finished Basement with Custom Built-Ins
An unfinished lower level turned into a full family living space with bespoke joinery and layered lighting.
The original kitchen was cramped and cut off from the rest of the ground floor, with a layout that forced everyone into the same corner.
Opening the plan up changed how the whole floor works. Cabinetry was built to fit rather than bought in, which mattered here because none of the original walls were square. Electrical was reworked for modern appliance loads, and lighting was split between task and ambient so the room works morning and evening.
